The 20-foot shipping container home can accommodate up to 2 guests with 1 bedroom, 2 beds, and 1 bath, with a recently added 10 by 16 bedroom addition to the space. The shipping container sits on a 40 foot by 20-foot deck, which includes a 20 foot by 12-foot cover area that has outdoor love seats, a hot tub, fire pit, and gas grill. The inside of the shipping container includes a bathroom, shower, and sink combo room.

The home has a kitchenette that includes a kcup machine that your favorite coffee grounds can be added, a toaster, mini-refrigerator/freezer, microwave, single burner hot plate, pots, pans, dishes, and more. This vacation home also includes 2 TVs, and an electric fireplace mounted on the wall that has led black lighting that you can change the interior of a shipping container to your mood. A new bedroom addition was just added to this unit. You can hang out in the common area pole barn that includes a pool table, shuffleboard, darts, large sofa, mini-refrigerator/freezer, full bathroom, and high-top table. You can come rest, and restore at the Hillside Retreats location. Guest of the shipping container home has access to their private unit, fire pit, and hot tub area.

You also have access to the property's private game room for guests only.

The game room is located in the pole barn that sits in the center of the property. The door to the right will take you to the game room. The game room includes pool tables, shuffleboard tables, darts, Kan jam, giant Jenga, yardzee, putterball, and more. The vacation home has 4 Kcups, 2 black tea packets, 2 mint tea packets, 4 creamers, 4 sugar in the raw packets, 4 Sweet in low packets, 2 bottles of water, 2 skinny pop-pop corns, and 2 little Debbie coffee cakes snacks for guests to enjoy.

The vacation rental has pots, pans, dishes, coffee cups, cups, wine glasses, rubber wine glasses, utensils, knives, scissors, a can opener, wine opener, 2 induction cooktop burners, a toaster, grill tongs, and spatula, measuring cup, measuring spoons, and a lighter.

Also, features include a Kcup machine, gas grill, propane for the grill, microwave, and mini-refrigerator freezer combo. Steamer for clothes, hairdryer, large towels, washcloths, make-up towels, hand towels, and a bath mat. There is a shower dispenser with shampoo, conditioner, and body gel for your use. You will be also provided a small hand soap bar. The home also has a few board games. Use of pole barn game room right as well. TV is a smart tv you will need to log into your streaming service. Each unit has its wifi hot spot, as we are in the country you can stream but does not work as it would in the city.
